Welcome to the Employers Coalition of North Carolina

The Employers Coalition of North Carolina (ECNC) was created to give the business community a more focused avenue of public policy input concerning day to day employer-employee workplace issues.  ECNC is a partnership of three North Carolina employers’ associations:  CAI (Capital Associated Industries), TEA (The Employers Association) and WCI (Western Carolina Industries) and their 2500 members.

The Coalition is committed to improving the business climate of North Carolina through political advocacy at the legislative and administrative levels of government.  We invite anyone who is interested in engaging public policy makers on the state and federal level to join our grassroots efforts.  To do so, access the contact us button on the above Menu Bar and call or email Jennifer Edwards.
